Billet induction heating is a new type of billet heating. Based on its energy-saving and environmental protection characteristics,coupled with its small investment and small footprint, billet induction heating has become the preferred heating method formany manufacturers.

The application range of billet induction heating mainly includes:

1. The distance between continuous casting of bilet and rolling mill is long, and the billt is cooled and cooled for a long time,and the temperature does not meet the requirements of continuous rolling. In order to make full use of the residual heat of thecontinuous casting billet, heat can be replenished in the induction heating furnace.Use waste heat to save energy.

2.The gas heating furnace is insuificient in production. The billet in the gas furnace can be discharged without heating to therequired temperature of the mill and the temperature of the billet can be raised again by the induction heating furnace, whichcan increase the output of the whole mill line and reduce the oxidation loss of the billet in the gas furnace.

3.Individuals with high environmental protection requirements.Billet induction heating uses electrical energy as a clean energysource without pollution.
